The track & trace code will be sent by email once the items are shipped.
International parcels may require the customer to pay an import fee at the customs of their country, this is the responsibility of the receiving party.
RETURNS
Art prints and stickers can be returned within 14 days in the packaging that it came in. Shipping costs will be for the buyer, items need to be in original state. Send a mail to theburtshop@hotmail.com to request this option 😉 Custom rugs are not eligible for return. Check out this page for a more detailed verson of our return policy.
